AUSTEREO, one of Australia’s most progressive and exciting entertainment based media companies, is looking for an enthusiastic and highly motivated Executive Producer to lead up the Lisa, Baz and Sam Breakfast Show at Perth’s hit music station, 92.9.

Reporting to the Content Director, you will be responsible for managing the daily activities and ongoing projects of 92.9’s Breakfast Programming team. As Executive Producer, you’ll oversee every aspect of on air content and talent and set the overall strategic direction of the Breakfast Show.

As a seasoned EP, you know how to create truly compelling content that gets talked about. You’re relentless in your pursuit for the best guests and can come up with ideas and stunts that really stand out in the crowd. Importantly, you’re capable of using your industry knowledge and contacts to transform those amazing ideas into the real thing.

Make no mistake – we’re looking for the best! As the winning candidate, you must:

• Have at least 2 years experience producing a live top rating radio or television show, preferably in a major metropolitan or regional centre
• Have proven experience managing dynamic production teams (and challenging talent)
• Be very well connected with an up to date list of media and entertainment contacts
• Possess an impressive knowledge of current affairs, local events and popular culture relevant to 92.9’s target audience
• Have exceptional time management and organisational skills
• Possess sound verbal and written communication skills
• Love early morning starts!
