AUSTEREO, one of Australia’s most progressive and exciting entertainment based media companies, is looking for an enthusiastic Content Coordinator / Publicist to join its high performing Content team in Perth.

Your new role has two very distinct dimensions. Firstly, you will be responsible for providing day to day operational support to the Content Director of 92.9. You’ll also coordinate and handle all general administration related to 92.9’s Content team. Secondly, you’ll assist in the development and implementation of various PR projects and campaigns aimed at proactively raising the public profiles of both 92.9 and Mix 94.5 as Perth’s leading FM radio stations. 

Make no mistake – we’re looking for the best! As the winning candidate, you’ll have:

·         At least 2 to 3 years experience in a busy administrative support role

·         Past experience running successful publicity/PR/promotional campaigns

·         Excellent organisational and time management skills plus the ability to multitask

·         Superior verbal and written communication skills

 

·         The ability to develop and foster sound working relationships

 

·         Solid Microsoft Office skills with a minimum typing speed of 60 wpm

 

·         The ability to remain calm and effective in an often pressurised environment

 

·         Experience using Radio Advisor (highly desirable but not essential)

 

·         A love of radio and a great sense of humour!
