PROGRAM DIRECTOR
5CC/Magic 89.9 Port Lincoln
Classic Hits 5CC and Magic 89.9 FM on the Eyre Peninsula is searching for a new Program Director.
You will be responsible for the continuing improvement of the overall sound of both stations.
If you’ve been in the industry for at least 2 years and feel ready to take the next step to be a PD, then let’s talk. Of course we encourage experienced Program Directors to apply as well.
We believe that to be an effective Director of Programming, you need to have the ability to create new ideas, show leadership, manage multiple priorities, bring new concepts to fruition and lead by the good example and the work ethic you exhibit.
You will also need to be a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of sales and promotions and be prepared to work closely with the General Manager, Sales Manager and all on air staff.
You’ll need to be an energetic, creative and dynamic radio professional who is committed to excellence with a commercial focus and be confident that you can maintain our current growth as a quality broadcaster.
