for a gifted and experienced programmer to make it the most famous
and most listened to station in Dublin.
Job
Description:
Candidates should have extensive
experience in radio programming, and be able to articulate a clear
vision for establishing a compelling brand in the expanding media
and digital environment.
You will be
responsible for the on-air output of the station and you will also
control production, talent and the programme schedule.
Qualified
applicants should have a track record reflecting ratings success, a
mastery of social media, and a passion for using the station’s
website and digital assets as tools to engage with your
audience.
Requirements
• A minimum of five years’
experience successful radio programming
• An organised
self-starter who can make the Dublin Market stand up and pay
attention
• In-depth knowledge of digital media and digital
strategies used to expand the brand’s engagement with its
audience
• Experience in developing a comprehensive product
and associated brand images
• Proven skills in talent
recruitment and development
• Demonstrated ability to
partner with revenue teams to create multi-level marketing
solutions for clients
• Strong computer, communication and
organisational skills with strong attention to detail
• An
ability to work to strict deadlines
• Strong leadership
skills and be performance driven and results oriented
• Must
be extremely organised, creative and have excellent people
skills
